me-metals: According to statistics from the World Steel Association, Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company, ranked as the 44th largest steel producer in the world in 2024, is the only Iranian company on the list of the world's top 100 steel producers.
According to me-metals cited by Chilan, and according to data from the World Steel Association, Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company ranked 44th in the list of the world's 100 largest steel companies in 2024, and the company also had the highest production among steelmakers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
According to statistics from the World Steel Association, Mobarakeh Steel's production in 2024 was 10 million 190 thousand tons. In 2023, the company produced 10 million 330 thousand tons, and its global rank was 43rd.
Mobarakeh Steel is the only Iranian company on the list of the world's 100 largest steelmakers.
After Mobarakeh Steel, among the steelmakers in the MENA region, Tosiali Holding, Erdemir Group, Habash Co., and Çolakoğlu Metallurgical AS in Turkey ranked 46th, 50th, 86th, and 95th globally in 2024, respectively.
Egypt's Ezsteel ranked 62nd and Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadid) ranked 69th in 2024.
