The main cause of air pollution in Isfahan is car traffic

Hossein Ahmadikia, an assistant professor at Isfahan University, also said in this panel: Air pollution is one of the problems of big cities and the climatic conditions in Isfahan is one of the biggest problems of the province.

He continued: In the first step, all the industries must prepare their pollutant release information and act according to this information regarding the reduction of these pollutants and the use of advanced filters.

Ahmadikia believes that the greatest amount of pollution in Isfahan comes from the eastern side of the province and the brick kilns, and because the wind is low in Isfahan, this pollution increases. Of course, the main cause of pollution in Isfahan is firstly cars, then fine dust and small and large industries.
