Swedish Economic Mission to Visit
An economic delegation from Sweden headed by the country’s Minister of European Union Affairs and Trade Ann Linde is scheduled to arrive in Tehran on February 11 to survey ways of expanding commercial ties with Iranian officials and representatives of the private sector.
The visiting delegation will comprise representatives of Swedish economic players in a wide range of fields, including auto industry, truck manufacturing, packaging, ICT, materials technology, banking and investment, IRNA reported. This will be the second visit by a Swedish economic delegation to Iran after the nuclear agreement between Tehran and world powers, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, was signed in July 2015.
