This port consists of various parts such as 1500 meters main foreshore, 4 berths commodity "Public, container, dry bulk and liquid" with a length of 1080 m, processing dike operation with a length of 560 meters and dredging to a depth of 15.4- meters of the CD (water level).
As one of the IMIDRO’s subsidiaries, Parsian Energy Intensive Industrial Special Economic Zone, with an area of over 9800 hectares (40 km east of Assaluyeh) is located in west of Hormozgan Province.
This zone is considered for major goals for example establishment of heavy industries such as steel, aluminum, alumina, petrochemicals, power and desalination plants, ports and jetties.
