Petchem Plant Manufactures 120 Items Domestically
Head of the Engineering Unit of Ilam Petrochemical Plant said his company had developed the technical savvy for production of 120 key items used in petrochemical operations.
According to Ilam Petrochemical Plant’s Public Relations, Ali Naser Soleimani said over 50,000 data-x-items and equipment pieces were being used in the plant while most of them were previously imported from other countries.
“However, now, a large portion of the data-x-items are being domestically provided,” he added.
He said his unit operated to build simple and complicated data-x-items and had localized production of 120 of them so far, which had saved the country Rls. 25 billion.
