International Exhibitions Company of Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the most important Iran economic and trade companies, has prepared a suitable running stream and background by utilizing unique spaces, possibilities, feasibilities, and expert workforces and by holding international expertise exhibitions for foreign and domestic producers and merchants, so that in addition to offering and demonstrating its capabilities, it would be able to develop its trade transactions and international and joint investments at International Exhibition site.
Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade
Being originally under the ministry of Trade in 1906, it was formed under the title of Ministry of Industries and Mines in 1973, and later after a series of splits and merges, it was formed again by the merger of the ministry of Mines and Metals and the ministry of Industries in the year 2000
The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade , is an Iranian government body responsible for regulation and implementation of policies applicable to domestic and foreign trade and also regulation and implementation of policies applicable to industrial and mine sectors that formed on 3 August 2011. The ministry resulted from the merger of the Ministry of Industries and Mines and Ministry of Commerce.The missions of the ministry includes the regulation of strategies for industrial and mining developments, determining policies and plans for these sectors, and improving the efficiency and productivity of these sectors, as well as supervising, directing and supporting them. The missions also include the promotion of export of industrial and mining products and engineering and technical services, as well as improvement of management, productivity and entrepreneurship in these sectors, and the issuance of license for the related production units.
Industrial Development & Renovation Organization of Iran
IDRO
Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) was established in 1967 to develop the industry sector and to accelerate the industrialization process of the country.
In recent years and in accordance with the country’s privatization policy, IDRO has made great efforts to privatize its affiliated companies.
While carrying on its privatization policies and lessening its role as a holding company, IDRO intends to concentrate on its prime missions and to turn into an industrial development agency. IDRO has focused its activities on the following areas in order to materialize such strategy and to expedite the industrial development of Iran:
Iran Khodro Industrial Group (IKCO)
Iran Khodro Industrial Group (IKCO), is the leading Iranian Vehicle Manufacturers, with headquarters in Tehran. The company's original name was Iran National. IKCO was founded in 1962. IKCO manufactures vehicles, including: Samand, Peugeotand Renault cars, and trucks, minibuses and buses.
The company has become the largest vehicle manufacturer in the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. In Iran, it is the largest vehicle manufacturing company, having an average share of 65 percent of domestic vehicle production. Iran Khodro, the largest car manufacturer in the Middle East, produced 774,965 units of passenger cars and commercial vehicles in 2010 and aims to produce and market 850 thousand cars in 2011.
SAIPA Group Philosophy has been established in 1965, upon 5 principles: continuous and balanced growth, sustainable values for stakeholders, leadership in competitive cost, achieving a high-ranking Iranian brand and minimizing the risk for investors.
SAIPA is the second largest Iranian auto manufacturer. SAIPA (an acronym for the French Société Anonyme Iranienne de Production Automobile) was established in 1966, with 75% Iranian ownership, to assemble Citroëns under license for the Iranian market. Nowadays it builds mainly Korean cars, but has also developed its own engine and range of cars. The main subsidiaries of SAIPA Group are Saipa Diesel, Pars Khodro and Zamyad Co. SAIPA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Malaysia'sProton to jointly develop a new compact sedan to replace the SAIPA Pride
SAIPA Group defined its vision as "turning to a global automaker" by selling cars to regional and some global markets.
Iran Auto Parts Manufacturers Association
IAPMA
IAPMA was established in 1995 by some major Iranian Auto Parts Manufacturers.
The main objectives of this association consist of: protecting the shared rights and benefits of Iranian Auto Parts Manufacturers, developing the relevant industries through providing technical, educational and information supports and promotional and marketing services and enhancing the qualitative level of products through applying national and international standards, competiveness of members’ manufactured products with similar foreign products. This association initiated its activity with presence of 40 auto parts manufacturers and during 20 years has developed significantly. At the time being, out of 1200 auto parts manufacturers, more than 900 manufacturers are the members of this association, which 600 of them are currently active.

IVMA
This association has been established with the aim of development of automotive industry and its competitiveness and reducing its vulnerability after joining WorldTrade Organization (WTO), protecting the share of local market and enhancing the exports.

ASSCC
ASSCC was established in 1997. Currently , the Association has 15 member companies with more than 2000 authorized dealers , 3200 authorized agencies and 1400 Emergency Roadside Assistance service vehicles that provide the services.
The most important objectives of ASSCC are as follows:
Enhancing the qualitative and quantitative level for distributing the auto parts and aftermarket services, protecting the shared rights and benefits of members, strategic guidelines for developing and completing the relevant services through providing technical, training, information and marketing supports, establishing constructive and positive linkages with international companies and joint research centers, applying the national and international standards and efficient.
