According to me-metals, Ali Rabiei, the social assistant to the president, said during a visit to the Mobarakeh Steel Company: "Mobarakeh Steel is one of the prides of our country in many ways, and the contribution of this complex to the growth of the country's economy and industry is also very significant. In many countries, there are industries that pull other industries after them, and they are so-called leading or pulling industries, and the value and importance of Mobarakeh Steel from this perspective in our country is very high."
Emphasizing that the level of employment generation by Mobarakeh Steel is also of great importance, he said: "Currently, if we want to create this volume of employment in the country, we must create many industries with large investments."
According to the President's social assistant, two issues distinguish Mobarakeh Steel from other companies and industries. One of them is the development plans of this complex, which fortunately is on the right track under the management of Mr. Tayebnia and the company's good technical team. The curve of most large industries in the country declines after a while and is considered one of our problems; but this is not the case in Mobarakeh Steel, and not only is the curve of this company's activities not declining, but it is constantly rising with new designs, and this is a good thing; because its chain is expanding. Another good thing about Mobarakeh Steel, which I became familiar with today and realized that they are working on it expertly and scientifically, is the area of social responsibilities of this company. The first pillar of this area in any complex is attention to the employees of that complex and their families. Fortunately, Mobarakeh Steel's knowledge-enhancing actions and valuable activities in the area of social responsibilities and the environment surrounding this company are distinctive and appreciable measures. The President's Social Assistant noted: "I did not have the opportunity to meet with the hardworking workers of Mobarakeh Steel today; but from this podium, I announce to all these dear ones that the government is paying attention to you so that your lives are not difficult; the government is concerned about poverty and high prices and, with a sense of responsibility, is seeking to eliminate them, and has always placed special value on workers."
