Jaguar Land Rover has accepted the ultra-flexible assembly line providing by Fives Conveying in Solihull, England.

The line, which is used for the manufacture of Jaguar sedans and Land Rover 4x4 models, has broken all records: Launched in record time, the Solihull factory line is the most flexible in the world and the largest order ever fulfilled by Fives in the automotive sector.

This assembly line includes new technology comprising WiFi controlled ultra-flexible overhead conveyors and filling equipment, both developed and provided by Fives. It can be used to manufacture the entire range of consumer cars, which makes it a real showcase of automotive production lines, both for JLR and Fives.
