Mobarakeh Steel has become a precious treasure trove of industrial knowledge through forty years of knowledge in the steel industry from the construction period to the present, the effects of which have been reflected in the development of this company and the launch of various lines, increasing capacities, expanding the product portfolio, localizing parts and equipment, empowering and developing suppliers' knowledge, and developing knowledge-based companies, etc.

In this context, "Siamak Shojaei", the Director of Strategy and Organizational Excellence, also pointed out that using international models and participating in global assessments has always been one of Mobarakeh Steel's plans to help the organization grow and excel. He stated that the organization's strategies in the field of knowledge management are to improve the organization's ability to solve problems in order to acquire organizational knowledge, as well as to increase the organization's ability to share knowledge, especially at the level of the Mobarakeh Steel Group. He said: In this regard, we can mention defining projects based on problem solving using the Six Sigma method and holding problem-solving training courses for different levels of the organization to help acquire organizational knowledge, and on the other hand, using approaches and tools such as knowledge maps, knowledge management portals, specialized forums in the Mobarakeh Steel Group, interviews with experts, etc. to increase knowledge sharing and lessons learned among employees.

Shojaei pointed out that this success reflects the commitment and efforts of the company's employees as the main pillars of a knowledge-based organization, and considered the organization's knowledge culture to be the most important factor in the organization's success in advancing its goals.
