Recording the desired qualitative results in the steelmaking and continuous casting area of Mobarakeh steel
The head of quality control of the steelmaking and continuous casting area of Mobarakeh Steel said: favorable quality results were achieved in the steelmaking and continuous casting area by registering a record production of 812,558 tons of steel since the beginning of 1403 in Mobarakeh Steel.
According to Me-Metals, Seyyed Mohammad Mahdi Marandi stated: Since the beginning of 1403 and especially in April, the hardworking colleagues of the continuous steelmaking and casting area have achieved favorable quality results by recording a record production of 812,558 tons of metal.
He added: In April, the percentage of defects-free Slabs reached 95.54%, which has increased by 1.12% compared to 1402 with a cumulative number of 94.42%. In this month, the percentage of defects of casting machines 1, 2 and 4 was less than 4% and the percentage of production defects of machine number 3 was less than 6%. Also, the percentage of Slab production according to the order in April 1403 reached 98.7%, which has increased by 0.4% compared to the cumulative number of 98.3% in 1402.
