Iran real estate prices rise 111% YOY

A report by Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) suggests that the average price of residential property in the fourth square of the past Iranian fiscal year (Dec 21, 2020 – March 21, 2021) has increased by 111.6% in Iran when compared to the preceding year’s same period.

A report by Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) suggests that the average price of residential property in the fourth square of the past Iranian fiscal year (Dec 21, 2020 – March 21, 2021) has increased by 111.6% in Iran when compared to the preceding year’s same period.

Also, when compared to the preceding square of the Iranian fiscal year, the price of residential property shows an average 14.5% growth, according to the report.
The SCI report noted that the average price of residential land has also increased 98.9% year-on-year in the same period.  

It also indicated that the price of residential land has increased in Iran by 6.2% on average in the period under review in comparison to the preceding square of the fiscal year.  
The average monthly rent of a residential unit also shows an increase of 9.8% compared with the last square and 42.7% growth in comparison to the preceding year’s same period.
