Iran's Non-Oil Trade With Colombia Falls

Iran traded 346 tons of non-oil commodities worth $2.21 million with Colombia during the last Iranian year that ended on March 20 to register a 77.29% and 18.96% decline in tonnage and value respectively compared with the year before, data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show.

Iran’s exports to Colombia stood at 183 tons worth $944,497, down 83.73% in tonnage and up 32.38% in value year-on-year. 

Colombia was Iran’s 99th export destination during the year.

Iran mainly exported floorings, carpets and agricultural machinery to Colombia during the 12-month period.

Colombia exported 162 tons of goods worth $1.26 million to Iran, down 58.95% and 37.14% in tonnage and value respectively YOY. It was the 97th exporter of goods to Iran over the year, which mainly included pharmaceuticals and bamboo.
