According to the Iranian Steel Producers Association's latest report, semi-finished steel made up 24.93 MnT of the total output, up 10% Y-o-Y. Billet and bloom production was recorded at 15.33 MnT while that of slab was at9.59MnT to register an 18% Y-o-Y rise and 1%Y-o-Y decline respectively. Direct-reduced iron production stood at 25.44 MnT during the 11-month period, indicating an 5% rise Y-o-Y.
-- Meanwhile, finished steel output was recorded at 18.35 MnT to book a Y-o-Y growth of 5%
