This was up by 308,000t from October and 170,000t from a year earlier following 10 straight months of falls, according to provisional data from Singapore's Maritime and Port Authority.
Bunker sales during January-November are now down by 2.49mn t or 5.5pc compared with the same period last year.

Singapore's delivered 380cst HSFO prices averaged $327/t in November, down from $360/t in October, Argus data showed.
An estimated 3,537 vessels called at Singapore to refuel in November, up from 3,442 vessels during the previous month.
