A board from Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech and Czech Ambassador in Tehran met chairman of the board of IMIDRO .Czech delegations announced that this country is ready to supply exploration and drilling mining machinery for Iran.

Eduard Muricky, deputy minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, expressed his pleasure about reports and forecasts of reputable global centers about Iran’s economic growth and development plans and expressed that with respect to meeting of a group of Czech firms with chairman of the board of IMIDRO in January it could be followed in joint commission .

Iran and Czech joint commission will be held in Prague in current December. During the meeting, Mehdi Karbasian noted Iran’s need for renovation of mining equipment and suggested establishment of a joint workgroup to determine cooperation method in mining equipment sector in order to check and present joint offers.

Deputy Industry, Mine and Trade Minister explained that rare earth elements and research activities will be the other cooperation fields between Tehran and Prague. Equipment supply and issues such as price, quality, finance, insurance, credit, etc., should be defined in order to achieve the attended results in joint commission, he stressed.

Czech deputy Minister of Industry and Trade reminded that as a result of negotiations with Central Bank of Iran the situation have been prepared for cooperation in bank and finance sectors. Production of open pit mining machinery especially in deep mines is our proficiency, Head of mining policies of Czech expressed.

In this meeting, Svatopluk ČUMBA, Czech Ambassador in Tehran said: “establishment of joint workgroup is a practical approach to achieve Iran and Czech mining cooperation”.
