Rise in Gold Mine Output
Mouteh Gold Mine produced 92 kilograms of gold bullion during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 20-July 20), which shows a 19% rise compared to the same period last year, Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization reported on its website.

Mouteh, located in Meymeh County in Esfahan Province, is home to 1.2 million tons of proven gold reserves with a grade of 4 grams per ton.
It is Iran’s first exploited deposit of the precious mineral.
