This center was inaugurated during the visit of high rank Iranian officials to Germany. Also, Head and members of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Head of Industries and Mines Commission in Iranian Parliament and approximately 300 managers of Iranian and German companies attended the inauguration ceremony.
Iran Europe Business Center has an area of 1000 square meters and NOMUV is located in one of its floors.
This organization will be managed by private sector and will serve for expansion of economic and commercial relations, Chairman of the board of IMIDRO said.
He added that facilities of this center are Comprehensive in Industrial, Mining and Commercial Bank and also Iran’s investment.
Iran, Germany are removing barriers of cooperation
Iranian Industry, Mine and Trade Minister in this ceremony announced that Iran and Germany are removing barriers of bilateral cooperation in banking and insurance sectors.
Economy Minister of Germany will visit Tehran during the next days and will meet officials of Central Bank and Economic Affairs and Finance to discuss the remained issues, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh added.
He noted that holding such meetings will lead to increase of bilateral trades up to $8 billion.
European addresses of Iranian firms
Former German Chancellor called Iran Europe Business Center as European addresses of Iranian firms. This center will be the address of concentration of commercial relations of Iran and Germany in future and will help the completion of capacity of bilateral ties. I hope that Germany government invite president of Iran to visit Germany, Gerrhard Schröder, honorary president of NOMUV expressed.
Europe competition for Iran’s market
Deputy of NOMUV attended the ceremony and said European companies compete for economic cooperation with Iran.
Burkhard Dahman, Deputy of NOMUV and CEO of SMS Group stressed this subject and added that process of Iran and 5+1 negotiations is desirable, so European firms such as French and Italian companies are overtaking to resume commercial cooperation with Iran.
Head of SMS Demag expressed Iran as a country which could not be ignored in international trades.
During the sanctions, Germany because of limitations results from sanctions was deprived from this proper market, meanwhile in new situations this deficiency should be compensated, he added.
Also, in this ceremony Ali Majedi, Ambassador of Iran noted enormous economic potentials of Iran for foreign and German investors and offered German investors to benefit from this golden opportunity.
Major Iranian firms will establish their offices in Germany
Chairman of the board of IMIDRO said: we are ready to establish offices of Major Iranian firms in IEBC in Germany.
Regarding the facilities of this center and necessity of enhancement of Iran and Europe cooperation, offices of Major Iranian firms will be established in Germany Mehdi Karbasian expressed.
Karbasian forecasted that during the next 3 or 4 years, Germany will be the first or second economic partner of Iran.
