The global supplier of light alloy casting equipment and automation solutions is increasing its NA based sales & service technicians, offering improved availability and reduced lead time for service and spare parts.  Italpresse Gauss has leveraged organizational resources to offer regional inventory in LaGrange, GA to streamline product delivery. Customers should expect reduced downtime with expanded local product availability and faster, more reliable service response.

Italpresse Gauss NA, General Manager, Mike Lewis is pleased to announce new NA team members. Don Torrey joins the Italpresse Gauss Sales team as Sales Manager, with over 18 years of experience in the die casting industry to provide process expertise. Brent Shook joined the Italpresse Gauss team in 2017 as NA Service Manager with over 20 years of experience in the die casting industry.  Brent combines his die casting expertise with hands on operations management and leadership experience to focus on helping our customer optimize productivity in their operations.

Italpresse Gauss supplies three different die casting processes: high pressure, gravity and low pressure.  The Company produces advanced solutions backed by 50 years of experience and investment in cutting-edge technology. Since its establishment in 1969, Italpresse Industrie has produced high-pressure machines and automatic work cells for the die casting of light alloys. It has been a technological leader in the industry since the 1970s with the introduction of foundry automation and with the development in 2005 of the two-platen machine. Gauss Automazione, established in 1967, supplies work cells for gravity and low-pressure light alloy die casting, mainly for the automotive industry.
