MAPNA gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Omid Investment Company and Kharg Petrochemical Company.
The Price Index lost 41.60 points to close at 30,867.3.
The First Market Index was down 46.66 points to post 68,709.
The Second Market Index shed 520.36 points to reach 206,756.6.
The Industry Index dropped 112.41 points to end at 86,027.7.
The Free Float Index gave up 228.28 points to register 103,725.04.
The TSE 30 lost 2.39 points to settle at 4,290.9 while the TSE 50 was down 2.71 to finish at 4,031.9.

Hekmat Iranian Bank had the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 226.54 million of its shares changed hands.
Esfahan Steel Company registered the highest trade value, as 75.38 million of its shares worth $1.45 million changed hands.
Goldashte Nemone Agri & Livestock Company, Ballast Company and Iranian Investment Incorporation registered the highest value increase.
Damavand Power Generation Company, Afranet Company and Marjankar Company suffered the biggest decline.
Damavand Power Generation Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Hormozgan Steel Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
