Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 139.05 points or 0.14% to end Wednesday trade at 97,961.8.

About 898 million shares valued at $74.43 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Iran Tractor Foundry Company was the biggest riser, going up 5.53% to 3,016 rials per share.

Tabriz Oil Refining Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.64% to 7,300 rials per share.

Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by SAIPA and Telecommunications Company of Iran.

Iran National Copper Industry Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Isfahan Oil Refining Company and Tabriz Oil Refining Company.

The Price Index lost 44.31 points to close at 31,228.

The First Market Index was down 167.26 points to post 69,572.  The Second Market Index added 64.41 points to reach 208,678.4.

The Industry Index shed 149.13 points to register 87,045.3.

The Free Float Index was down 107.07 points to end at 105,274.61.

The TSE 30 lost 7.28 points to settle at 4,351.4 and the TSE 50 was down 8.58 points to finishd at 4,074.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 0.43 points or 0.04% to close Wednesday trade at 1,092.24.

About 372.62 million securities valued at $36.38 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Hekmat Iranian Bank had the largest number of traded shares, as 59 million of its shares changed hands.

Zangan Zinc Industries Company witnessed the highest trade value, as 4.72 million of its shares worth $1.10 million changed hands.

Chaharmahal Food Products and Sugar Company, Saman Insurance and Bahman Leasing Company registered the highest value increase.

Zangan Zinc Industries Company, Hotel Parsian Kowsar and MAPNA Asaluyeh Power Plant suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Saman Insurance and Damavand Power Generation Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
