Dr. Mohsen Ghaderi became the Chairman of the Board in second session of the assembly, dated November 2017, at 15:00 held in Iran, Belgium, Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Second session of the assembly, dated November 2017, at 15:00 held in Iran, Belgium, Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce & Industry by presence of maximum members of the board including Dr. Mohammadali Hashemzadeh Aharjani, Dr. Mohsen Ghaderi, Dr. Behnam Habibi Dargah, Eng. Alireza Tavakolian , Eng. Mohammadali Nateghi , Ms.Fatemeh Fatemi and approved as below:

By mutual agreement of the members of the board , Mr. Mohsen Ghaderi as the Chairman of the Board , Mr. Behnam Habibi Dargah, as the first Vice- Chairman of the Board , Mr. Alireza Tavakolian as the second Vice- Chairman of the Board were selected.
Eng. Mohsen Khalili Araghi, Eng. Mehrdad Haji Ghahremanzadeh, Eng. Mohammad Ali Nateghi & Seyed Hashem Mirghasemi were selected as board members.
Ms. Fatemeh Fatemi was selected as a Treasurer.
Ms. Bahareh Fakharian was selected as Secretary General.
All the cheque, promissory notes, bills, contracts and Islamic Contracts, Normal and office papers are regarded valid if bearing the single signature of the Chairman of the Board of Director (individually) and with Treasurer under seal of Chamber.
All the company’s binding and valuable papers and documents are regarded valid if bearing the single signature of Secretary General under seal of Chamber.
