During the meeting, reports on production processes at the complexes were presented, and the "Online Production Statistics and Information System" was introduced as a key decision-making tool that aggregates accurate, up-to-date data through the effective role of process managers.
Key agenda data-x-items for the meeting also included coordinating mining units with the concentration plant, optimizing material consumption, enhancing quality control, and improving performance through diagnostic analysis and the proposal of solutions. Regarding procurement, the management of inventories, the placement of new orders, and the sourcing of strategic data-x-items were reviewed and evaluated.
