Water Transfer Project from Oman Sea Progressed 23%
Water transfer from the Sea of Oman to the Sistan-Baluchestan province registered 23 percent physical progress.
According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, this project by IMIDRO leadership aims to boost production, expand industries and agriculture, and provide potable water to residents in arid areas.
Likewise, construction of Oman sea water transfer pipeline to Khorasan Razavi and Sistan-Baluchestan provinces project has started by 2021.
The total progress of water transfer of Oman sea project to Khorasan Razavi province with a length of 1340 kilometers has reached 13 percent physical progress.
