Phosphate Concentrate Production Up 14% in 10 Months
Esfordi Phosphate Complex registered 14 % rise in concentrate production during the first 10 months of the current Iranian calendar year (March21,2022, January20,2023).
According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, concentrate production of Esfordi Phosphate Complex stood at 56,099 tons during the first 10 months of the current Iranian calendar year indicating a 14 percent growth YOY.
Likewise, the company’s phosphate extraction during the same period was 244,953 tons, down %11 YOY.
Extraction and production up in Day
Moreover, Esfordi Phosphate Complex during the 10th month of the current Iranian calendar year Known as Day extracted 21,458 tons of minerals and produced 5,305 tons of phosphate concentrate indicating 53% and 22% growth YOY, respectively.
Esfordi phosphate Complex as a subsidiary of Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company, a subsidiary of IMIDRO, is located in Bafq County of Yazd Province.
