Annual inflation rate stands at 9%: CBI
Tehran- Iran's inflation rate stood at nine percent during the past Iranian calendar year of 1395 (ended on March 20, 2017), according to the latest report released by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).
Iran, accordingly, could manage to experience a single-digit inflation rate after 26 years in 1395, IRNA reported on Tuesday.
Inflation rate in the last month of the past Iranian calendar year, Esfand, (February 19- March 20) stood at 11.9 percent, the report added.
