The approximately EUR 10 million order has been booked in Outotec's 2016 third quarter order intake.
Outotec's scope of work includes the design and delivery of an 8 MW semi-autogenous grinding mill, a mill reline machine, a high rate thickener, and services including spare parts. The new concentrator will process 1.8 million tonnes of ore annually from local deposits.
Outotec's equipment will be delivered during the second quarter of 2017.
"We are pleased to be chosen to deliver our advanced process equipment to the new Mako plant. This order sees the continuation of Outotec's long relationship with Lycopodium to successfully deliver process equipment for gold projects in West Africa", says Kalle Härkki, head of Outotec's Minerals Processing Business Unit.
