This week Chinese steel prices remained volatile since the Chinese government announced stringent production curbs in Tangshan region to control surplus capacity in China. Meanwhile the govt also extended the production curbs till Oct’19. However despite rebound in domestic steel prices, nation’s export offers continue to remain soft over thin trades from overseas buyers.
