Global ferrous scrap prices observed upward trend this week in all major markets, except Japan and SE Asia. Turkey observed further strengthening in prices amid strong buying activity, consequently raising offers for South Asian buyers too, where Pakistan and Bangladesh observed decent trades, however India remained mostly out of buying activity, on non-viability of imported scrap.
