Representatives of more than 170 domestic companies as well as 60 international firms from Italy, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Russia, South Korea and China have signed up for the event, which covers four categories of exploration, exploitation, processing and exports. Economic delegations from China, Pakistan, Russia, Italy, Turkey and Afghanistan are also scheduled to visit the exhibition and hold business-to-business meetings with their counterparts. The exhibition has been organized with the aim of finding new markets for Iranian minerals, promoting exports and development of the domestic manufacturing sector, Mehr News Agency reported.
