Over 12 MT Iron Ore Concentrate Production
During the first half of the current Iranian year (March 21_September 22) major mining firms produced more than 12.5 million tons iron ore concentrate.
Major iron ore companies in Iran including Gol_e_Gohar, Chadormalu, Sangan, Middle East Mines and Mineral Industries Development Holding Company (MIDHCO) and Iran Central Iron Ore Company during the first half of the current Iranian year (March21_September22) totally produced 12,521,628 tons iron ore concentrate. Iron ore concentrate production in the corresponding period last year was 12,618,031 tons.
According to this report, 8 major mining companies including Chadormalu, Jalal abad, Iranian Central Plateau Iron Ore Mines Complex, Sangan, Mishdoan, Sirjan, Iran Central Iron ore Company and Gol_e_Gohar during the first half of the current Iranian year produced 3,621,958 tons granulated iron ore.
