Turkish steelmaker Çolakoğlu Metalurji A.S. (Çolakoğlu) has placed an order with Primetals Technologies to upgrade an existing VD(Vacuum Degassing) plant in its Dilovası meltshop to a VOD ( Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization ) plant.
